Private beta

One CRM for every business you run — operated from the AI you already use.

Leads, companies, deals and automatic email sequences, with no app to learn: you talk to it from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and it does the typing. Each business gets its own workspace and connector, and a connection only ever sees the workspace it was made for.

Who it's for

One CRM for every business you run.

Each workspace has its own connector. Add them side by side in your AI (“Sashimi · Studio”, “Sashimi · Client A”) and it always knows which CRM it's writing to.

  • Sashimi · Studio
    Connector URL
  • Sashimi · Client A
    Connector URL

A connection only ever sees the workspace it was made for.

  • Several businesses

You run more than one thing.

Give each business its own workspace, with its own pipeline, statuses, custom fields and sequences. Nothing leaks from one to the other.

  • Agencies & consultants

    You prospect for clients.

One workspace per client. Invite their people as admins or members; each connection only ever sees the workspace it was made for.

  • Founders who sell

You already live in Claude or Cursor.

Your pipeline sits next to your code and your docs. Ask for a follow-up list between two commits and never open another tab.

How it works

Three ingredients. No dashboard to babysit.

Three steps to your first “add this lead”. After that, daily work happens in your AI; the web app stays for sign-in, settings, integration keys and connecting Gmail.

  1. Step 1

    Lay out your workspace

Sign up and name it. Your data lives in its own isolated tenant, with roles and permissions like any serious CRM.

  2. Step 2

    Connect your AI

Paste one link into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Claude Code. No plugin to install, no API key to manage.

  3. Step 3

    Just ask

“Add this lead”, “what's stuck?”, “start the sequence”. Your AI reads and writes the CRM for you.

You need an AI app that can add a remote MCP connector: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Claude Code. Which plans work is in the FAQ below.

Everything a CRM does.
Said in plain words.

140 tools, from bulk imports to automatic email sequences, Gmail sending and Apollo enrichment. Your AI picks the right one, and the CRM enforces the rules.

  • “Import the attendees from yesterday's event and tag them “Web Summit”.”

    Leads & companiescreate_leads
  • “Who haven't I talked to in three weeks? Make me a task for each.”

    Follow-upslist_leads · create_task
  • “Move Globex to Negotiation and remind me on Friday to send the contract.”

    Pipelineupdate_deal
  • “Write a three-step sequence for CFOs and start it for the fintech list.”

    Automatic emailcreate_sequence
  • “Find the head of sales at Acme and enrich the company.”

    Prospectingenrich_company
  • “How did this quarter go? Pipeline by stage and win rate.”

Built for AI, not bolted on

Why not just use your CRM's MCP server?

A CRM with an MCP server added gives the AI a way in. Sashimi was designed around it: 140 tools, plus the guardrails an AI needs to work on real data. Here's what to ask any of them.

Questions to ask a CRM's MCP connector, and Sashimi's answers
Ask any CRM's MCP
Can it add a whole list in one go?Yes. Bulk tools take up to 100 rows per call and check duplicates inside, so one approval covers the whole list. If a row fails, the rest are saved and you're told which one. create_leads
What happens if the AI retries a call?Every write accepts an idempotency key. Same key, same arguments: it's done once, never twice. idempotencyKey
Can I see what the AI did?Every call is logged with time, person, app, tool, records touched and result, without the values sent. Admins see everyone's. list_mcp_activity
Can a runaway agent flood it?No. Each connection has a per-minute quota (120 calls, fewer for anything that leaves Sashimi) and is told how long to wait. rate limit
Does the AI get more power than I have? No. The same roles and permissions as the web app are checked on every call. Connections can be read-only. roles
What if a lead's notes say “ignore your instructions”?Results are marked as third-party data, not orders, and invisible characters are stripped before the AI reads them. untrusted data
Will an automatic email go out half-filled?No. A missing template variable with no fallback stops that step and creates a review task instead of sending. launch_sequence
Will it spend my data credits behind my back?Searching for prospects costs nothing. Before a big import the AI can check the estimated credit usage and warn you, and enrichment only fills empty fields. integrations_status

Every answer describes the Sashimi connector as of October 2026.

A real CRM underneath.

  • Isolated workspaces. Each workspace is its own tenant. A connection is tied to one workspace and can't reach another.
  • Roles checked on every call. The same permissions as the web app. What a member can't do there, their AI can't do either.
  • Personal, revocable access. Every connection belongs to one person. Make it read-only if you prefer, and revoke it in one click.
  • An audit log of every AI call. Who, which app, which tool, which records and the result. Without the values sent.
  • Third-party text stays data. Notes, emails and imports are handed to the AI marked as data, not instructions.
  • Automatic email that's careful. Sequences pause and ask for review when a template variable is missing.

FAQ

Before you ask your AI.

Which AI apps and plans work with Sashimi?

Any app that can add a remote MCP connector. In Claude, custom connectors are available on the Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans (Free allows one custom connector). On Claude Team and Enterprise, an owner adds custom connectors for the organisation. In ChatGPT, it works through developer mode on the web, which OpenAI lists for Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education accounts; OpenAI's docs differ on whether personal plans get write actions, so check yours. Cursor, VS Code and Claude Code work too. Checked October 2026.

Do I need to install an app?

No. You create your workspace in a short web onboarding, then paste one link into your AI app. From then on you work from the chat; the web app is there for settings.

Can I use it from my phone?

Yes, with Claude: once the connector is added on claude.ai, Anthropic runs connector calls from its cloud for every Claude client, including the mobile apps. ChatGPT's developer mode is web-only for now.

Can I bring my data from a spreadsheet or HubSpot?

Yes. Attach the CSV (or a HubSpot export) in your chat and ask your AI to import it; it creates up to 100 records per call and skips duplicates. The web app also has a CSV importer that maps the columns for you. You can export any filtered list back to CSV at any time.

What does my AI provider see?

Only what your AI reads or writes through the connector in a conversation: the results of the tools it calls. Your provider (Anthropic, OpenAI…) handles that under its own terms. Sashimi doesn't send your CRM to an AI provider on its own. The one exception is Sashimi's built-in agents, which run on Anthropic's API or on your own AI key, and are switched off during the beta.

Can I keep several businesses or clients apart?

Yes. Each one gets its own workspace with its own pipeline, fields, sequences and members, and its own connector. A connection only ever sees the workspace it was made for.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the private beta, and we'll give 60 days' notice before charging. Nothing can be bought today. At launch, plans are per account with workspaces and seats included: Solo $15 a month (3 workspaces, 1 seat), Team $49 (10 workspaces, 5 seats) and Studio $129 (30 workspaces, 15 seats), 20% less paid yearly, with a 14-day free trial and no card. The first 100 paying accounts from the beta get 40% off the annual price for as long as they stay subscribed.

Do automatic emails go out from my own mailbox?

Connect your Gmail account and automatic sequence emails go out from your own mailbox, in your name. No shared sending domain.

Can I use my own Apollo account?

Plug your Apollo API key into the workspace. Searching for prospects costs no credits; importing and enriching do, and the AI can show the estimate first.

Can I export my data and leave?

Ask for any filtered list of leads, companies or deals as CSV, whenever you want. Deleted records go to a trash you can restore from.
